Only less than 3 months left to the camp! The counselors are hired and ready to work with your children. They still have quite a way to do yet before arriving at the camp. It means prepping for the games, creating activities, updating their certifications as needed.
I am still accepting applications. RegForm2013 is online. Enough spaces available for young group (9 to 12, will accept 8 year olds IF they are ready to be gone for two weeks), older group for the boys (13 to 16). The older girl group is full. I can not accept girls (13 to 16) anymore. The spaces at the camp is very limited. I asked my girls if they could trade spots for any late registrations. They were horrific and will not leave the camp overnight even tho it will mean saving alot of moola for me!
Someone suggesting contacting your church to help with the fundraising. This is true because my church is planning a HUGE fundraising to send the kids to Guatemala for a missionary trip this summer and are expecting to be able to send 50 people.
I am waiting for the red winged blackbirds to arrive here, then the spring is here for good!
